Do you have a Cable modem, DSL, Satellite?

I have DSL ;)

Also which do you prefer?

I have ADSL... I PREFER cable, it was MUCH faster than this slow connection, BUT it was also quite a bit more costly ;)

P.s. Karl, you forgot to put Dial up ;)

Cable has its perks but it has 1 problem DSL doesnt ...your speed is determined by how clogged your area is with cable connections and if their all on at the same time ...that 4 mb u might have bought may only give u have that. Im less than .3 miles from the remote terminal here and i easily pull 1300k of 1500 ...so im considering going for a 3 mb line now that my contract is up ... honestly id go with DSL ;) , if you got verizon too ..wait a short time...FIOS is making an appearance.

I do have verzion... and for this small area Cable wasn't bad at peak hours, it was reasonably fast, but Yes I am waiting ;)

ill have to say cable becouse its thefastest out here, dsl is at 4mps and out cable modem is connected at 8mps and there supposed to be incresing the speeds agian soon so it will be even faster

that is by choice not by design.
adsl1 is 8mb
adsl2 is 12mb
adsl2+ is 24mb

the only thing thatd beat adsl2+ is docsis 2.0

Oh i forgot to Mention that DOCSIS is a Cable Standard, the second version DOCSIS 2.0 is supposed to have OMFGBBQ speeds.

I have cable, it pretty slow but it's the cheapest one!
It costs 17,95 euro's a month

Down: 700 Kb
Up: 250 kb
