Hmmm....I'd like to get on this but I don't think I qualify for an "upgrade" version. I'm using the Windows 7 RC right now and don't think I have any other Windows I could use. I have XP on my laptop but would I be able to upgrade my desktop PC with it?

:)

Alright, apparently I was mistaken about the "upgrade" aspect. I guess you don't have to currently be using a Windows OS to get an "upgrade" version so I'm all about it.

Now my only problem is that I want Windows 7 Professional instead of Home Premium and according to this link: http://www.coated.com/30-student-deal-for-...upgrade-100344/ Professional should be an option. However, I don't see it when I try to purchase my upgrade. All I get is the option for 32 or 64 bit Home Premium.

Anybody help a brotha out here?
