Should be fine if you used a non conductive liquid (like your supposed to) instead or distilled water

distilled is fine, though you might need to wash down areas w/isopropyl to remove any white fuzzy gunk, if any...i bet she has a hair dryer?

just how wet did the thing get? i would wonder re any paper like insulation degrading over time after being submerged...which psu we talkin' about?

i would get a pc power and cooling 750 in your situation. those ocz gamer things are just for kids...i hear lots of vista users love those ocz gamer units...

Says non conductive, or very little, id let it dry out, plug it in by itself and see what happens, i doubt anything. Lets hope the transformer wirings didnt get this stuff on it

The windings are covered with an insulating layer that keeps them from shorting out when wound around in a coil.
The danger lies mainly with the connections- if the liquid is conductive it will short across the connections causing the windings to heat up and begin to melt everything around them. If you just make sure it is completely dry in side you should be OK.

That's what I have I believe. Can't say anything bad about it.

I have a c2d, 4 or 5 hard drives, external HDD, 4870 1gb, creative elite pro, dvd drive, blah blah blah hooked up to it w/no issues.

You're out your gourd MO. OCZ's PSU's are consistently among the highest ranked. Don't take my word for it though--google some independent reviews.

as long as the power wasn't on then just dry the pos out for a day or so and it'll be fine
