NO, I EDITED IT WITH MY GUIDE!!!!! oi vey.... look here
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE/SYSTEM/CurrentControlSet/Control/Windows
The CSD Version is your Service Pack, so to speak, it will read something like 0x00000100; if you click Modify you will see the 100 in the box.
100 = Service Pack 1
200 = Service Pack 2
300 = Service Pack 3
etc. It's just faking it out...

It is the default theme of Vista 5219, Aero Glass. In the OS, there is an option called Flip3D which allows the windows to be displayed like this with a combination of keyboard keys. It is not available in XP
