Meh, just come live with me in an apartment in Montreal and we'll watch hockey and drink beer every day

Shee-it, you just invited me to a place called heaven.

In all honesty, I took the test a few years ago to become a Canadian citizen in Windsor and I scored great on education, income, and skills but I failed big time on the money requirement.. If I remember correctly, you had to score 66 points and I got 58. But, to make up the difference, it wasn't a case of studying for the "exam" or anything. I needed at least $10,000 U.S. in savings and an advanced degree in the trades to pass the test. I'm still trying though---I have a couple sponsors in Fergus that are writing letters on my behalf as a fly-fishing guide on the Grand River.
As much as I'd love to become a Canadian citizen, I'm not about to break your laws and just move. Shite, the Ontario customs agents are so overrun with Detroiters that go through the tunnel or over the Ambassador Bridge just for prescriptions that we now need a passport just to cross the border.
hog, if you have pull on a way in, lemme know! Please! My dream is to become a Canadian. PM me.
