So you all know how we got here...
I haven't always been here, in fact i was the LAST Administrator to join.
Thanks to Linoman for hiring me man, also Nvyseal for not saying 'GET LOST' lol...
Originally the forum had a poor layout, together using our heads Linoman, nvyseal and myself created our own. We are the first forum to have Dual 32/64 sections in the way we did.
Later we realised that it was like a ghost town here, so after frequent chats on MSN we worked out how to make this place desirable...
So Linoman on weekends has done all the practical work, things like installing and setting IPB up for first use, backing up databases e.t.c, Dave and me tend to do the running repairs and finding solutions to things that will work and last.
I MUST NOT FORGET Beginner who doesn't appear much, but when he does he usually helps us get out of a HUGE mess...he is down to earth and easy going, though i don't know him well, given the chance i will take it.
Ingredients: $$$ and People are the main one, then also some humour and personality, and definition, something to make this place it's OWN without anywhere else over-shadowing it.
So there you have four Administrators doing nothing, we have the forum, we have the time...so what were we without?
STAFF: so we hired Clarky and Serb-man...brilliant guys these, i remember one of us saying to them, good luck being a moderator, try and keep the 'search-bots' in order, literally no one else came.
Then newsposters, we got a good team of those, maybe your thinking we did this backwards? A load of staff and no members!
Well it worked didn't it? Your reading this!!!
Also later we new that there had to be a way of making the place look good, so in good time we got some new skins...WE NEEDED LOGO'S...who better to hire as your forum 'Graphics Designer' than theman?
Next stage was a reward system needed to be in place (which is not really ready yet) for people who deserve something back from us. We setup Goldmembers to close the gap between staff and members, these eight people will work closely with both sides of the bridge, in fact no...THEY ARE OUR BRIDGE!
Recently we started the ball rolling by making X2P a Gold member...
What can i say here? How can i finish this?
With these words... This forum is NEVER going to be finished, everyday we think of something new, something more fun and enjoyable for you guys...help establish this community, so you may not be on the staff/Goldmember team but DO NOT FOR ONE SECOND doubt that each individuals efforts will be celebrated and in our own way, we will reward or help people enjoy success!
Luckily for me i know all the members here in one way or another, i want to keep as do the other staff here, that personal relationship going.
HELP US DO THAT!

JK, the admins and mods are probably the least amount of slackers.
I don't know about that

wow, ya know guys...YOU ALL turned this place around for us, your all welcome...
Dave AKA Nvyseal avoids posting, it makes his fingers sore, not use to saying things...i bought him a sponge keyboard anyway, so be prepared to see him say something somewhere, at some point, sometime!
Interesting to see how much we are posting... CLICK HERE
