Well, you'd have to sign up for an account at Secure Tunnel (hell, tell them you heard about the company from x64bit.net to give some love here

)
You can go month-to-month just to try it. For XP (32 or 64bit) you would then download their setup
software and run it. Open it up, enter your username and password, and you'll be connected. After that, every type of application you open that makes any network connections will be "caught" by the ST software and it will ask you if you want that traffic to pass through the ST proxy, make a direct connection, or "Block" the app from making any connection. That last part is handy to keep things from phoning home if you don't want them to.
If you are on Vista, you would have to download a copy of
SSH and a grab a reg file from
here. Install SSH but don't open it and double-click the reg file you downloaded. Then, start up SSH and enter your ST username and password. If you connect properly, you shall see this:
Once connected via SSH, start up your torrent program (I use uTorrent) and find your connection preferences so you can choose to "connect via proxy." Should look similar to this:
The proxy name is webtunnel.secure-tunnel.com and you just use your regular ST username and pwd. The port has to be 8080 though.
That's it for torrents. To use SSH with an ST account and surf anonymously, you would (in FF anyway) select Tools and then Options and then Connection. Select Manual Proxy Configuration and enter 127.0.0.1 for the http addy and port 8080. Then check the box to "use this for all blah blah" so everything is there. After that, check your IP at
Shields Upor whatever to make sure your going through the tunnel. That be it.
later.
