WindowBlinds 5.51 is the current version and this just released update now completely supports Windows Vista including x64 systems. Existing WB skins made for XP work very well with Vista, and generally should not have any problems running them. Several skinners have already, and are in the process of making Vista sub-styles for their skins. WindowBlinds 6 will go into beta sometime soon, and that will bring blurring and transparency effects to both Windows Vista and XP. Vista users will also get the ability to skin the Vista Sidebar.

If you want to change your Vista logon screen, we have also released LogonStudio Vista (freeware) to make it easy to create and apply new Vista logon screens. Several other applications have also been updated to work with Vista, such as ObjectDock and IconPackager. They all allow you to easily customize your desktop in basically the same way as you did with Windows XP. Only in Vista we have the advantage of the DWM and other Vista improvements to make things like resource usage a non-issue.
I hope this wasn't too long of a post, and there are a lot of areas I could cover, so if you have any questions please feel free to ask. I always appreciate input from the community.
