Deservedly so. However, I saw his semi-final performance which was superb also but in the run up to the performance they showed him talking about his childhood. He gave the "feel sorry for me I was bullied" rant. Now, don't get me wrong, I hate bullies. I think we were all bullied at some point. I just think it was a cheap way to score extra points with the voters.

Is it over already? I thought that was the semi-final round. ( Am I doing something wrong? Still no emoticons in the new format :-( ) His competition? A truly adorable 6 year old girl. She's so cute anybody that slammed her would be called a monster. Her voice cracked at least twice in this performance that I heard. Simon must be on prozac. He loved her anyway. Ratings ploy? Potts is more talented. She's cuter. :-)
