Seems a bit Skewed in my Opinion, But it gave me a real Chuckle.

Yeah, pointless. But what can you do? Anything that would drive them away would also drive away your customers too. The Mayer would have to take some sort of action for the "benefit of all".

That is crazy!!! I hope he doesn't ever expect to get any money out of them. The homeless people should sue him back for......... being a jerk (after all you can sue for anything nowadays and get money for it). There is no justice in our system today. It is completely broken.
