Phil and Chris are gone. I actually thought Phil's performance was one of the best last night, but I'm not surprised America let him go. I like all of the ones that are left. This is getting tough. At some point there are no loosers. Its getting like that now. After all Daughtry didn't win however what a winner he is !
I agree, its starting to get emotional. I was sorry to see Chris go. As for Phil, he just seemed to blossom a little too late.

Also, i think chris did a better job singing tonight than he did last night

hmmmm, I gotta say somethin' before next weeks show.
This week was rather dull.
In prior years the shows got better at this point. That is to say that the singers didn't crap out as much. I don't know what it is about this year, but it is different. I'm wondering if something is going on behind the scene that is influencing what is going on. Its either that or they are all choking. I dunno???? Seems strange this year.
Anyone else feeling that ????

Yes I do, there is usually more and closer competition at this point. Seems to have crapped out a little this year. Except this year Lakisha who was just voted off and I guess ended up 4th is from Flint Michigan. I am from Michigan and this is what kept me watching now that she is done it seems a little pointless for me. :chriso: I think whatever it is that has changed things this year is comming from behind the scene! :chriso:

Something is definitely off this year. Maybe the show has just run it's course and I am tired of it. :chriso: I haven't really identified with any of the contestants. I just don't care this year. I'm pulling for Blake and Melinda but will either sell records? For me Carrie Underwood is the best of all previous winners. Have you heard Kelly Clarkson's new single? It sucks the nubes! Clive Davis wanted to scrap the whole album. :D I think he knows a thing or two about music and what will sell. :chriso:

Well from reading Dave's little thingy about who thought what I would say Melinda will get it. She was the only one that got good ratings from everyone in all her songs.

But then again, I hate American Idol so I guess I don't know what I'm talking about. But I'm going for Malinda!!!

Me: I can't tell how fickle Americans will vote. I will be surprised and sad for whoever has to go. I really like all three. I think all three will have great careers ahead of them.

Hey, chriso, if you hate it how come you watch it? :)
