While watching the news today, I saw Scara's homeland had a bit of excitement. It appears someone tried to blow up the Glasgow, airport terminal. Prolly someone trying to ship there copy of Veesta back to "uncle" Bill.

Now, for the news.........Rik, was last seen with his claymore drawn, looking for that copy of Veesta to kill.

Rik, I hope you got that cannon you've been hiding close to you.

In the stores here it has been very dificult to find a new PC with XP OEM... You can even find low-end PCs with Linux or XP Home, but if you go for a high-end one, Vista will be the only choice you'll have... Its sad, 'cos independently of which OS is better, people must have the right of choice...

I have to agree 100% talker, Vista is a flop why else are they trying so hard to kill xp way before there normal end of life on an O/S.

I have to agre too, they're trying hard to kill XP much sooner than anyone could imagine...

I agree about trying to kill XP early. I believe it is an effort to push the Vista market. However, I am living proof that XP is alive and well. We can get as many copies (OEM) as we need or want. That includes Pro and Home. The larger OEMs like Gateway and Dell must be getting a very serious price reduction in Vista for there to be no XP even available from them. It again proves that money talks and BS walks. With Redmond and Windows it is hard to tell the difference...talker. :talker:

I have been using Vista now since it was released, and use it probably 99 percent of the time. I have said it before and I'll say it again, you like it more the more you use it!

It only took 6 motherboards to find one it would install on. :talker: Now that it's installed it was growing on me. After reading this http://www.x64bit.net/site/board/index.php...ic=4334&hl= I find myself wishing I hadn't wasted all the effort. :chriso:

Oh, I wouldn't worry to much about it. It's probably just little stuff that ISP's get already. Probably like license keys for MS products, IP address, if your on a domain or workgroup, installed components, and drivers.
