I think Cuban will try. Who knows what Selig will do to prevent it. I don't think the old boys' club in baseball will take too well to someone like Cuban.
I have mixed feelings about him, personally. He deserves a lot of respect for the Mavs' turnaround, for sure. But I don't like whiners as a general rule.
It'll be great to pry the team from those Trib bastages though.
