You guys should try one from the brewery Unibroue (from Quebec of course) if you can find some. I recommend La Fin du Monde (9% blonde) or Blanche de Chambly (white)

Hell yeah! Finished school for this week, watching hockey and playing WoW... time for a cold one!

edit: none in the fridge right now, gotta wait a bit... it's gonne be one of those strange imported beers I got for Christmas: McEwan Scotch. It's not a scotch it's a beer, thoughtit's written Scotch on it (mine does not say "ale")...

Mongolian beef is easy, cornstarch, oyster sauce, garlic, a pinch of ginger, onions and flank steak (slice thin, across the grain). cook it in very hot oil very fast in a wok stirring constantly. Serve immediately.
