Anyone remember the album "No Alternative" that was released to fund AIDS research? That was a really good compilation.

I missed my return date from the egg :/
but, I seem to have gotten a VERY oc friendly HD2900, right now its at 825/2048, I have ran it as high as 850/2150. I have not hit a wall yet and the temps don't exceed 70c (73 MAX). I have not had time to try to let it go crazy. I also extended my harddrive space to 1tb, I have on 7200.11 500gb and 2 7200.01(or.08?) 250gb drives from Seagate.

So I did buy the HP Tx1308nr laptop, I am VERY happy with it thus far. I currently have 1.5gigs of ram in it with a 1gig xd card for readyboost. I can actually play counterstrike:source and get 20-24 fps at 1280x800. I am very happy with it :giggle: I am running Ultamite 32bit on the laptop, as it still seems to run better in the lower end of gaming, if I could crank everything to high I would install 64bit, but since I cant it does not really make since.

Nice GSG-9 (by the way, happy late birthday). I am going to be buying a lappy with some of our tax return, i'm looking at a dells at their outlet, hoping to pick up a steal for around $1000, minimum it has to have a core 2 duo with an 800mhz fsb. I want a powerhouse for once.

I wish I had a C2D but there were not any like this one in my price range. Did you look at the X60? (Lenovo) But you probably dont care if its a 12.1inch laptop (which gives you a LOT more options :] )
