Chriso makes an excellent point. Given the Stacker's options, a top mount would be better.

From PhatSob's review on the other site...

"The Stacker has room for two power supplies, one at the top and one at the bottom of the case. The top PSU must be mounted from the outside and slid into the case through the opening. There is lots of room for most PSU’s but in the case of a very long PSU you might run into trouble. The Stacker comes with an adapter to run two power supplies off one motherboard."

That's the idea buddy..... :worry: ........blows the PSU and saves the board...... :chrisno: ....think of it as a FUSE.....

Seriously though.........water could only ever come from the CPU block barbs into PSU.....and believe me....they will NEVER leak!.......I had to heat the tubing to get it over the barbs......it's sealed....lol.......well sealed!

If Res ever leaks...it will drain through vents in bottom of case as did last night when testing.......Rad is external so any leaks are.....well......external.......lol....

Pump is worse!..........had to heat tubing and use soap to get them over the barbs (they are larger and it tells you to do this in manual) so no way that will ever leak.

This case is meant for bottom PSU mount and is designed to be cooled by airflow from front fans..... :boom:

Then again..........say I mounted in top.........OK?

We have the G8800 there anyway.......so any leak is going to go there before anything (regardless of PSU position)......I'm more inclined to be worried about that than the PSU?

And its not as if I can move either the GPU or CPU position?

Have a look at this one..........

More dangers there........as the rad is internal and could leak also......

It's a risk with water and anything electrical I guess? :chrisno:

Well Chriso........be prepared for your worst nightmare when your board arrives!

I see you have G.Skill RAM as I do.......well the board will not boot due to the RAM requiring 2.2v and is a problem G.Skill know about........ :chrisno:

Once 2.2v is set in BIOS the board should boot no problems......but how do we get access to the BIOS when the board wont boot?.......answer.....we cant!......unless we throw in some cheap DDR2 RAM to allow boot.....set 2.2v in BIOS.....swap RAM again and bobs your uncle! :worry:

Nice one!

Evga also refuse (for some reason) to release the fixed BIOS P20 that corrects the FSB holes??.....

Just thought I'd enlighten ya.........

Hummmm.... what a stink!! Oh well, I am sure I can find some DDR2 around here somewhere!! I'll go to my bosses house and pull some out of his daughters new computer!! hehehehe

Little problems such as this around bound to happen. Doesn't bother me to much. Maybe I'll go pick some up at Best Buy if I have to and then take it back that same day and say that it was the wrong kind or something like that. lol

Sweet, I just check my memory on newegg and this isn't even a problem for me!! My memory can run in 1.8 to 2.0! So mine should boot right up!! :chrisno:
