Well......LOL.....let me tell you about my day......

Went out this morning to shops as usual and decided to take my iPod along the way.....2 minutes later 'BANG' the iPod freezes and is stuck on with no way of resetting or turning off....it don't play....it don't do nothing!!

Jesus! what next I thought!

Earlier.....just before I left to go out....I uninstalled the x64 Nvidia drivers and cleaned with Drivercleaner and turned off the PC with the intention of reinstalling when I got back.

Worried about my iPod...I wanted to get it plugged into PC ASAP to try and reset the device.....so on with the PC and hey presto! BSOD!!! saying "load needed DLL's for kernel" :D

Tried doing a Restore from the CD and hey presto! BSOD!!! saying "Bad Pool Caller" ;)

System totally unusable no matter what I done.

Turns out the my RAID setup is corrupt also.....and have lost whatever stuff I had.

Trying to install XP32 now as a last resort LOL......lovely day....lovely week

I got my iPod reset on the other PC...but only after installing BloatTunes to fix it...so that's that PC needing another reinstall also.

Hey Scara, perhaps you should change your user name to Murphy. Given this debacle, it seems more appropriate. Things can only get better... at least I'm hoping. :)

Were all waiting patiently buddy........been nothing new since the 8800's come out.

The new ForcewareX has also been delayed.....guess they are having major problems? :)

One of the reasons I have decided to go back to XP32....as the support for x64 is shocking ATM!!...seems to have been left behind due to Vista........

I've installed the 96.89's here on X32 and the IQ is far better already ;) .....much sharper for some reason?

Now to load up 3DMark and see if the slowdown has gone :D

Here is BFG's latest reply after I explained the true Specs of my PSU.........

Quote

Scaramonga VIP,
Yes, Corey was wrong. However, there are no nVidia certified drivers for your
operating system, and neither BFG nor nVidia is able to provide support for
anything except XP Home, Pro, and MCE at the moment. Use of the card in
unsupported Operating Systems may yield unpredictable results.

Thank you,
James E

 :bluerip:

That is a bull crap answer!!! I bet thousands of people are running those cards in xp x64!! They just don't know what's wrong and what to use a answer that will get them off the hook until drivers come out!! I hate companies that do that crap!!! Looks like I will not be buying a BFG!! EVGA and XFX all the way.
