How dumb can you be, I would say that ladies daughter doesn't have a leg to stand on. She should of looked after her mom if she was getting so old and out of date with today's world. People take advantage of the elderly because it is so easy to do. In this case though, I don't blame AT&T at all!!

Believe it or not, this is still happening today with new technology. How many people now have DSL or Cable? How many of them are renting their Modem through their provider? I know I had the option to rent or buy my own equipment when i signed up and elected to buy my modem, but if i had rented it, i would have paid only 12.00 more a month. So far that modem would have cost me 576.00 :D
