I would say having your own site for that is just asking for trouble!

I thought it would be a lot more than that!!

He probably pleaded guilty thinking he would get a lesser sentence. Well that didn't work did it? How come it took the FBI 2 years to shut him down? Seems a bit long for what was obviously an illegal site ...

maybe they were using his site to log downloads who go to it, thus getting in a effect a twofer (well alot more than that but you get where im comming from)
