I created it.
Well then Captain, I would need your approval to take on the responsibility of master of rookies. I would have it no other way. As I have said this adds an aspect to our team that most teams overlook. I create motivation, I do my best to recruit new members, I challange rookies in a very respectful way to produce the best they can produce. And In my experience this has never harmed the team in any way, exactly the opposite. But in order for me to do this I will need the approval of the Captian of this team. :bluerip:

Well then it seems I have enough approval from team members to begin to taylor this for this team. I will start slow and focus on generating a larger number of team members. I need more rookies Jim!!! :storm: :boom: I do have to say again this type of action happens in a folding lounge, where ribbing, taunting, and bragging is welcome a lounge where no Off Topic exists. Time for a lounge maybe? Seems to me this is already a lounge and the way one was converted to a lounge on another site. :P

Not at the moment but I totally agree on a different name. I will start there and see what I can come up with. We also have our other members that could help with comming up with an appropriate name for this thread. All members ideas would be welcome. I say lets put our heads together and come up with something good. This thread will become our most popular meeting palce, because members will feel free to speak of any topic they wish. It will become our home in a way, kick back, talk about things like home brew, moonshine, ecxeptional hardware/software. Etc. Thanks again for your support Nvy, IMO this is how teams grow, we need to create an envrionment of fun. Not that there has been no fun, I just think we need to make folding more fun to generate more team members. :bluerip:

Well that is great, the more the better. I am working on another dedicated folder now. Slowly but surely it will happen. But if you are building or adding boxes to hold back viper, trust me u will need them. He has no problem producing 8000 points per day. I have seen this and even more, he is a force to be recokened with, his quad FX sits in a cardboard box in a grage for cooling purposes. He has evan run two Linux SMP clients on one CPU. I have also done this, and am doing it now, but have backed off a little because of the change in SMP WU's. I can run one big SMP along with a smaller SMP, but my system will not handel two large SMP WU's at the same time. I mean no disrespect, but no one here can stop viper! Unless u have unlimited equipment, dual or quad core mind you. :bluerip:

He reached over 100,00 points in less than three months. The fastest I have ever seen. He is our best new member he oasionally took out WFO and he now rgually does that. Nvy 8 to 10 K points every day that is what he does. He will pass everyone in a matter of days trust me!

I like this spark!!! :bluerip:

Wingman I am an Airwing Marine. I like that Nvyseal!!! :boom:

Dude watch my points I have one Linux dual core box, I will see u soon, viper will see you very soon! I hope this is all in fun though? If u can stop him then u do that. But the SMP produces 3x the points as a Windows client.
