Now the bigger question is WHY are you getting ultimate?
For me,it's because none of the other versions have everything I want in an OS.

I don't know yet, I think I'll be downing a version and see if it attracts me, because so far, it is nothing more than new skinning and annoying security features to me... and a lot of resource hogging not to forget
