After you want to move or have made the move to 64bit computing your in a new world. Speed, performance, reliability and even better security with certain processers and XP sp2 e.t.c

Thing is...support isn't that good yet, not many company's have pushed the 64bit boat out.

How do you feel about this?

Personally i am frustrated i can't enjoy my PC's full potential and i look forward to Vista as i hope that will start the 64bit fire and get more people supporting it with their products. Anything from antivirus to CD burning tools. I want the complete kit!

karl let me bring up an interesting discussion:

We know that A: Hardware is in place B: Operating System in place

...the thing we are missing are other software companies not embracing 64 bit because theres very few things right now that completely max out 32bit ...hence why vista is both 32 and 64 bit OS's ... the transition cant happen over night and all though the basic ground work has been laid it will take at least another couple years for the world to fully migrate to it and have the driver base u see in XP SP2 now.
