Is that an old program?

Go take a look at Microsoft's Site and check their database for that code.

Was kinda tired when I posted this, guess some details would've helped. Sorry.
I was trying to change my wallpaper and this came up after I selected one. It happened as soon as I clicked on one.

Gonna check at MS, but I opened the display properties window from the desktop to change my wallpaper and when I tried to change it, that error came up. Was just wondering if anyone else had this problem before or knew what might cause it.
Thanks!!

Hmm, I did a search on the net and I came up with a slew of answers.
Me too, just none of them seem to apply to this situation. I can manually change them still.
