Whilst doing my daily forums checkup it came to my attention in a post on another board that perhaps by some crazy freak accident the February CTP, build 5308 of Vista, is available for public download off of the Microsoft Servers. It has been confirmed that this is the same build released to MS Connect users previously.
So anyway if you haven't got it yet and want it you can get it off of microsoft's fast servers from:

I know but I think there MAY be a problem with the 5308 disc I have I dunno yet
