AN ARTICLE in Digitimes has an interview with AMD's Henri Richard which confirms it's keeping quiet about its future K8L technology, as first reported in the INQ. He told the wire in an interview that AMD is disclosing less of its future plans than people would like it to. That's true - we got stood up by AMD at the Intel Developer Forum last week.

Richard takes the opportunity to have a general go at Intel architecture and warns that AMD has more than one answer to its eNiGMA technology - which he claims is really based on the Pentium III with a dash of the Pentium 4. AMD will pursue an "evolutionary" course. Henri Richard is "glad" Intel is "aligning" on AMD. Disingenuity, he's heard of it.

WHOO go AMD :P
