ok. when I try and install AVG for linux i get an error saying requires libstdc++-libc6.2-2.so.3 to install.....
how do i get libstdc++-libc6.2-2.so.3 ??? lol

Libstdc is part of the C++ compiler, so, ehm, you'll need to install that one. Usually when I miss something, I just google it with the distro name (e.g. libstc++ Gentoo install)
