Businesses did some research on their overall staff performance, and discovered that internet access for and at work was a distraction.
What do you think?

even with a slow dial up the internet saves time... I don't have to drive 15 min to the damn library to look something up, instead I sit my ass and I can find what I am looking for in a fraction of the time

depends on the task, say for buying photo prints from big w online, it is ALOT easier and faster to walk down to the shop and get big w to do it at the store rather than VIA the internet
