The entertainment industry seems to be going after file-sharing networks lately...why do you think they are going after them?

The people responsible for sueing kazaa just shot themselves in the foot, Kazaa was in a no win situation until several of the people involved in the lawsuit against the company failed to show for critical meetings and even tried to cancel dates.

The judge presiding over the case said it was clear that the Aria company only wanted Kazaa closed down, and wasn't looking for compromise in the situation.

As much as kazaa is a virus giving pile of rubbish...lets hope they clean up and go on there way.
