Firefox 1.5 is it ready?

Firefox 1.5 has been out since November 29, 2005, and has reviews around the Internet. In fact, some recommend holding off, at least temporarily on installing it.

After installing and using Firefox 1.5 through the betas folks had no trouble, but somewhere early in the Release Candidates people began to encounter problems. And this isn't one or two alone.

Some of the more dramatic problems have included damaged Firefox profiles and loss of right-button context menus, but the more common issues by far have to do with CPU and/or memory usage.

i guess they will be working on some updates to fix this, and if theyre not, they should be, lol

I have this problem to sometimes, last night to be specific.
It used almost a full 100% of my cpu!

i cant say ive noticed it here if its happened to me, but that doesnt say that it hasnt happened i suppose

i do think the memory usage thing is true, but this i think is an extreme case
