What are you all having on Thanksgiving?

Let's see:

Turkey
Stuffing :D
Mashed potatoes ( i make 'em myself)
Pumpkin and Apple pie
Green bean casserole (you americans, if you don't know what this is, go to a supermarket and look for French's Fried Onions, there's a recipe on the back) :)

You've obviously never been to the South, then. Nobody uses the French's recipie, because just about everyone has a recipie handed down through their family for the same thing.

But we're having the following:

Turkey
Cornbread stuffing
Homemade Cranberry Sauce
Green Bean Casserole
Homemade Mashed Potatoes w/ turkey gravy
Pumpkin Pie
And beer to drink during the football games!!

Normally what we have is:

Deep Fried Turkey
Ham
Granpa's Famous (no really it is in cook books all over the world :)) Cake
Mom's good ol Sweet Potato Casserole
Green Been Casserole
Mashed Potatos
Corn
Pumkin Pie
Cherry Pie
Minsmeat Pie
Apple Pie
Cole Slaw
Rolls
LOTS of Pop
And what ever else anyone brings!

And if we do this in my Uncles Garage again I'm going to go eat at Amie's!

Same here.. my body goes into this starvation mode where I crave more food... I knows when it's holiday time and I can't wait to taste that home cooking, I haven't had a home made meal in over 2 months
