according to this site windows 7 beta is released for limited people http://neowin.net/news/main/08/12/17/new-w...-select-testers it will be avaliable with in 48 hrs

So has Server 2008 R2. This will be for the Beta that should start at the beginning of 2009. Most likely, Technet will also have the betas
