How To Intergreate Media Centre 2005 Rollup
Download The Following
http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/details...&displaylang=en

http://download.micr...B900325-usa.exe
By the way: "The rollup includes all previous updates for MCE, including those in Rollup 1."

Insructions:
1) Download RU2 and extract the hotfix to a folder. Inside that folder you will see a 'bin' folder, and inside that, the hotfixes and some other files.
2) In paths.ini notice the order it installs the hotfixes in? Just integrate them in that order using the method described at the following link: http://unattended.ms...x/integrate.htm

Thats It!
The hotfixes slipstream fine, but KB900325.exe and wmfdist95.exe did not integrate and had to be installed after windows setup. Hope we can find a solution.

I downloaded a torrent a while back thtat claimed to be mce, it fit on 3 disks (two + one for the crack) and when i first entered set-up it said it was mce eula, but then thru out the install it was like xp pro, and when it finally installed, it was xp pro but a tad fucked up (i don't even know why) so i just reinstalled my xp pro again...
it also asked for xpsp2 cd?

its meant to, you use disc one...then it says insert disc two, then back to one again...it looks LIKE XP PRO all the way through really, there isn't much difference apart from features like Media Centre
