Overall.. I don't like when someone Deletes topic just Because he (one person) thinks It is offensive or what ever..
The word is not Sparrow, if it Flies out you can't catch it... but you make it the different way, like, everything can be catched and Deleted, killed, cleaned etc.

So far, I bet your received Zero complaints on this topic..

Ok.. I Red the Rules.... And Btw have some questions..:


First of All, Administrators Can't remove Topics... this is job of Mod, Gmods.. you violated Staff rules.

Well.. My Signature is 100 KB.s, And size quite different..
But that would be lame Lookin' If i had compressed it with the Lowest Quality..

Also, i Think that 56K is already in the past
Even in Russia, Ukraine, Belarus etc.


If any member is found with more than 1 account on the board and actively uses to spam or deceive staff or board members, both accounts and IP's will be banned from x64bit.

Btw, If I have a network, and 3-4 users using the Same IP, of Course with Different accounts, and one Of them Spammed Etc.. Whole Network Gettin' Banned ? well that is really Odd..

Yeah.. Like everyone knows English Grammar in perfection, Well, I definitely can't keep up with this RULE.. I practically learned English on my Own, and in fact, I speak in it Really rarely maybe once a Year...



Overall I respect these rules, but also I think that they should be Reviewed..
