you can get everything to build your own on ebay, for not too much $$$ (for a 4 or 5 string). i want to sell my 7 string (cheap), as it's not being played (i'm old, and can't make any sense of it :P ).

The drawings are not exactly my cup of tea, but I like the looks of the body.

I dare not even ask how much this is worth. In any case, I wouldn't really be able to play it properly! :P I seriously need practice. Since January, I've started jamming with some friends of mine though, just for fun, and it's really been helping me.

Just for kicks, we like to call ourselves Turritopsis, in honor to pretty much the only "immortal" animal on Earth, the Turritopsis Nurricula medusa. :)

And why the hell do you own instruments like these? You play just for fun or what?

i used to play out, but then had a child, got older, and...then had a wild hair. i now enjoy playing much more than i did back in the day. those are abalone inlay, by the way.
