I use limewire pro (not paid for I searched for it and got it after the 4 th try w/o spyware or viruses ) i have use kazzaa and emule but they started to run slow .

i use newsgroups the fastest thing you will ever download from.
you have to pay though well worth it. i have a 10mbit connection i get full 10mb my freind has 50mbit and he also gets full 50.

24$ a month so i think i pay around 12 pound or so.

Some people dont like it, but has been working quite good for me.
