XP boot fix

Ok, so you try and install Vista or you delete by accident the file that windows needs to boot. You now get the message BOOTMGR is missing or something of that sort.

What do you do?

Get your Windows XP CD, boot from it, start the repair console (press R) at the main menu. Then select the installation you need to repair.

Now type in your Admin Password.

At this point simply type FIXBOOT.

Close out and reboot, XP now works.
