Microsoft has been fined $32m by South Korea's Fair Trade Commission for abusing its dominance of the software market.

The software giant was ordered to unbundle its messaging service from its Windows software. Mark Eddo reports.

some countries are going WAY over the top, in some countries, soon, windows will be just a box and instruction manual!

LOL that'd suck O.o But why would some country go so far as this??? I think it's over kill really!

LOL yeah some smart politicians use the bundling excuse to milk some money, make it look legit and pocket the cash in their trust funds.

i feel sorry for MS, they seem to be the target of this all the time now, linux bundles with a lot of software, but no one is going for their ass *though it is free*
