What do you guys think of Linksys and their products? Do you think the Cisco merge has done anything to the quality of Linksys products?
It seams to me that ever since their merge with Cisco that Linksys products have just went downhill. Since the Cisco merge I have had a Linksys wireless router start smoking on me and the one I have no periodically decides to not work for random 10 minute time periods throughout the day.

I think it only got better since! they started to get more and more run the standard and become the standard!

Worse, i had an old wired router from them, and its still holding in. I got a wireless, and it suks, Tried to upgrade the firmware, and they actually had the link wrong to a different firmware, after the upgrade the linksys was useless. I hunted down the driver i initally had, reverted back to those drivers and everything worked again. Needless to say, once linksys posts a firmware upgrade, they pull the previous upgrade, i had to find the firmware on another site
