i was thinking of having a second rig. something different. one i could prop on top of the sub. any of us out there using one? i see it as an inexpensive way to experience the apple world (feel free to flame away) in all it's glory...

do you mean mini-mac like the ones that look like weird tv lunchboxes? or notebooks?

i wouldnt recommend an apple computer, and if your getting a new one that uses a tower they run on Intel Xeon chips (shot to the face please)

A friend of mine has one, and is pretty very satisfied with it! So... it's not a bad thing to have I guess

I also have a friend that owns one and although not a powerhouse it is a nice little machine, interesting looking when disassembled also, have to use 2 putty knifes to open them up. I sorta wouldn't mind having one myself, if I end up with one it will be a recertified one from apple.
