Hey Lino, Congrats!! Nice truck, we dont have that particular model here in the US, Closest thing we have like that is the Ford Ranger.
BTW, I've been seeing more car manufacturers replacing the Horsepower with kW, like this one reads...
I wonder why?

The 1 297cc pushes out a maximum power output of 55kW @ 5 500rpm and produces a torque peak of 110kW @ 3 000rpm. The 1 597cc RoCam motor develops 70kW of power at 5 500rpm and has a maximum torque figure of 137Nm on offer from just 2 500rpm.
I wonder why?

Congrats on the new truck, being from the US I must say without intent to insult that is a very odd looking Ford bud, but new toys are fun, I still prefer cars, more my convertible than my coupe.

C'mon guys be nice. Yeah I know its a small pick-up (half a ton) but it'll get me from A to B. Plus it ain't bad for a first vehicle. Btw in South Africa we don't call them pick ups but rather "Bakkies"

Dont get me wrong, nothing wrong with your Bakkie, and for a first car that is a nice one, I was illastrating the difference as tweak mentioned.

I wasn't 100% sure on the canopy thing, but figured it meant topper, camper shell, whichever. I do think it is nice for a first vehicle, just different from the US based design I am accustomed to, ir kinda looks like a car with a bed, lifted a bit maybe so as not to look too el caminoish, my congrats again, hope I am not causing the topic to be sidetracked, unsure to whom that was directed.
