What software has caused you problems in the past?

I remember Office and frontpage used to close on their own on one PC

OS: Windows Millenium, the king of crashes

AAPS:

The frist release of CorelDRAW 10 PT-BR (before sp-1) used to freeze during complex operations.

AutoCAD R13 was really no good, used to crash and was slow.

Office 97 used to close and sometimes wasnt able to recover the documents.

That has to do with acceleration. Not all players can handle that. If I wanna see a movie on my pc, in windows, if I use WMP, I have to set acceleration to medium, if I use the DVD players software, I can put it on quality and it runs smoothly.

In Linux, Kaffeine has the same problem as WMP, while mPlayer does it without any problem...
