Sounds like the OS itself is crashing. You might have to reinstall on that partition. It should allow you to do that without reformatting it, so you could save any other data on that partition.

wipe it and see if that helps . If not it could be a device problem

I don't want to wipe it, I've done a shitload to it already I don't want to have to reload all that stuff even if it IS backed-up, all the stuff I have installed will be gone and have to be re-installed... I don't have time for that stuff, especially not with my current job and situation

try using Safe mode and check your startup to make sure someone didn't put a shutdown link in your startup :)

Safe mode can also help troubleshoot.

Finally got an error out of it... hit F8 and then selected "Disable restart on errors" and selected Server 2003 and it loaded up to the log in part and got the fatal blue screen that read

Stop c000021a {Fatal System Error}
The windows logon process system proccess terminated unexpectidly with a status o
f 0x00000080 (0x00000000 0x00000000).
The system has been shut down.

It looks just like that, word for word, space by space, line by line... help?
