Which works for you?

I prefer Server 2003 myself, but it would be interesting to hear what you prefer!

Windows XP sp2
I´ts the most stable thing I´v ever seen from Microsoft.
My installation is allmost 1 year old now and it´s running like a new installation. :)
I hope Vista will be atleast the same.......or even better?? :P :rolleyes:

xp for workstation (photoshop, etc.), but vista 5219 for surfing and fun :) .

I use Server 2003/XP as a workstation and I use Fedora Core 4 as a server

I use Linux. Although I don't know a lot about it, yet, I'm learning more and more about how it clicks. I also love the free development tools for Java, C++, and other languges in there. You can build just about anything wih it. My distro is the Fedora Core 4.

Windows 2003 Advanced Server - for the server
Windows 2000 Pro - For the Workstations.

Haven't much exposure to Linux yet, but have used Server 2000 at work for years. Would have to stick with windows for now.

mmm i agree, nothing against linux but good old windows is familiar and has some consistency

I like windows, and it works for me...but I also like experimenting with linux..and YES, I like Macs.

Every company I have ever worked for has used Windows Server 2000 or 2003 and it has always performed perfectly for me. I wouldn't use anything else.
