Microsoft has launched website for Windows Vista SP1 help and support which is totally free until March 18, 2009.

Unlimited installation and compatibility support is available at no charge until March 18, 2009.

My take is Vista sales have been a flop and this is their effort to encourage a switch before Windows 7 or whatever the next OS is. :cc_surrender:
