has anybody ever used 3D glasses?? what are they like and are they worth buying??

I've used em before, worth buying, not really, it doesn't really do anything at all, you're better off if you save your money and just cross your eyes, eventually it looks like stuff is poping out at ya :

yeah i got a free pair when i bought my video card, nothing special. and if you have eye problems they might not even work for ya! and back in the day when i had them, not alot of games where compatable, and some had glitches
