i think it sucks still, most stores will replace it anytime up to one year on the spot

yeah, but at this store if you have warranty they still dont swap it on the spot

I use a small shop in Glasgow called Priceless Computers or otherwise i buy from Ebuyer Also sometimes use Kelkoo If im looking to import from the continent

There is a small store about 5 hours away that have refurbished an used parts, they are in good condition and the prices are awesome!!!

There's nothing wrong with refurbished items in my book... refurbished just means "Had a problem, now it's fixed"

Yup...althoguh I had a bad experience with a hard drive once...it was refurbished and stopped working after a year.

Harddrive is a different story.. I wouldn't trust it lol. Motherboard, soundcard, cd-rom, etc. I'd trust, not storage media or processors.

I've had major problems with Caviar and Quantum/Quantem how ever it's spelt... long day at work -.-

It's what I use. They might be ten dollars more expensive than tigerdirect on an 800 dollar item, but they have cheaper shipping and faster handling.
