Added option allowing users to Opt-in to the collection of file information when requesting PLUS Info.
See Options page, "Allow PLUS Info data collection". In the past, a count of unique programs requested have tallied. This allowed us to gauge the priority of new PLUS Information and allowed us to add new files quickly. We'll now be analyzing data like version, company name, path, file date, file size and date detected to provide more accurate information in the PLUS database. By default, this option will be off. By checking the option users give permission for their data to be used to improve our results.
