I voted "Probably Not". Win 7 is due out in 2009 or 2010 (maybe 2015 :Laie_56: ). I believe that DRM will have reached critical mass by then and a retreat will already be in progress. All such oppressions, such as DRM, have their day. It flashes into the headlines, is lauded as a needed implimentation, brings great distress to a majority of people (ordinary people that is), reaches a point of intolerable saturation, is pulled and begins to die. So is it with all such oppressions much as it is with all tyrants...talker. :(

...taken from "Queen Mab" by Percy Bysshe Shelley

'Since tyrants by the sale of human life
Heap luxuries to their sensualism, and fame
To their wide-wasting and insatiate pride,
Success has sanctioned to a credulous world
The ruin, the disgrace, the woe of war.
His hosts of blind and unresisting dupes
The despot numbers; from his cabinet
These puppets of his schemes he moves at will,
Even as the slaves by force or famine driven,
Beneath a vulgar master, to perform
A task of cold and brutal drudgery; -
Hardened to hope, insensible to fear,
Scarce living pulleys of a dead machine,
Mere wheels of work and articles of trade,
That grace the proud and noisy pomp of wealth!

Hey Mo,
Perhaps a Fleet Enema or at the very least a little Exlax may help that very green avatar relieve some of the pressure that he seems to be demostrating :Laie_56: ...talker. :( :RJsPC:

I would love to believe that, but i think Windows 7 may still suck with rights management :Laie_56:
