I don't trust any big-time movie producer that goes by their initials, á la J.J. Abrams, except for RJ and those aren't even his initials because he's that badass. Wait, I have no idea what I'm typi... Is that Godzilla?

Yeah, I kind of got that impression: Blair Witch meets War of the Worlds or some such. However, it does look interesting.

I dislike movies shot in the blair witch format, meaning from the perspective of a cam-corder.

I dont know I might just download it. Might be worth it then lmao, actually from reading the review it may be a good movie, I just really hate first person point of view movies, I want the behind the person perspective, as this guy points out the story is only told from the point of view of the camera man.

Hmmm, this one does look and seem interesting. However, I thought the same thing about the Will Smith flic "Legend"...until I heard the storyline. In doing so, I recall the Charlton Heston 1971 film "The Omega Man". As "Legend" was recounted from the viewer, it was step by step "The Omega Man". Perhaps "Cloverfield" is something new and fresh. As we see it we will know...talker. :giggle:
