during the early beta versions of x64 xp pro, i frequented the MS user groups. i happened to notice a young man who stood out because of his high regard for helping others with any issues they might be having. unknown to me, this person was a fellow member and mod on another site for quite a time before i realized he was someone whom i had missed, and wanted to reconnect with. that person is our own member camaro! welcome buddy

Camaro I am so glad you are a member of this site!! I still remember the nite that you stayed up with me on skype and helped me to overclock my opteron since I had never overclocked before. Even with all the challenges we ran into you still stayed up until around 4 in the morning with!! I don't know how to thank you enough for all your help and I wish I could repay you somehow.

Camaro you rock!! (by the way that is a really cool sig.) :(

Although I am a new member, and, admittedly, I have yet to earn trust from most of the x64bit members, I'd still like to say that I have spent many hours of many days with tech forum people and Camaro is tops.

Great guy, great smarts, great spirit, and an overall great person.

fwiw.

Dude, he did the same thing for me. When I got my AIW x1900, I was so excited trying to get the sucker in my case that I grabbed a pair of scissors and accidentally cut through the fan wire when trying to get the rubber band off it.

Camaro was cool enough to talk me through the fine art of soldering since I'd never done it before. With his help, my x1900 is still going strong.

Missed ya, mane. Hope all is well, and it's great to see ya.
You da man!!! :gutar:
